They are unique to the Sacramento region. However, since the California 60 degree winter set in, this dog has been scamping around, naked as a jay bird, singing Beulah’s "Gene Autry" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjNzEllGNJo. (youtube is of the song, not the dog)
